Our refund policy

Updated for any payments made as of September 15, 2024 forward. Retreat purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to prepayment for lodging, staff, and materials payments made are non refundable. For special cases transfers may be available for an additional fee, however due to limited space transfers are not guaranteed. Please reach out as soon as possible

Payments for classes are non refundable, but are able to be transferred depending on availability for a small fee. If you choose to transfer, the transfer must happen within 365 days of the last payment made. After 365 days transfers are no longer applicable.

In the case that an event is CANCELLED refunds WILL be distributed. For sessions please reschedule within 24hrs of your service to avoid session cancellation. Same day cancellation or no call no show will not receive a refund under ANY circumstances. Cancellation and rescheduling can be done by sending a message to (470)-737-1783.

For subscribers: Be sure to make payments accordingly! Failure to comply, failure to communicate, or 2 or more failed payments will result in allocated funds being put towards the next event.
